Before starting a relationship, it's important to have good self-esteem . Self-esteem means, love you, accept you the way you are, feeling good about yourself most of the time. If you don't feel good about yourself and look to another person to fill that space for you, it can cause a lot of problems.
It places a big weight on that person to always make you feel good and it can mean you come crashing down with the slightest rejection from that person and nobody has that responsibility. It gives the other person a lot of power over you and leaves you with little power in the relationship because he or she controls everything. This can mean you do things to please that person that you wouldn't normally do, perhaps things that go against your personal values, thus decreasing your own self respect.
It is important to spend time learning to like yourself, to love you, to accept you before getting into a relationship with someone else.
When you learn how to love you, you are going to be able to love another person.

This taugth me that when I have my girlfriend I have to be the self-esteem very big because if I not heve the self-esteem tall my girlfriend she is going to send a me. And I don´t like this problems whit my girlfriend.
